Who is responsible

A ROO3 Agência Digital, based in São José do Rio Preto, Brazil, decides what is collected on this site and for what purpose. In the language of the Brazilian data protection law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law 13.709 of 2018), ROO3 is the controller of this data.

What is collected when you fill in the form

The site has a contact form that opens from the WhatsApp buttons. When you submit it, what you typed is stored, plus a few things your browser sends on its own. The complete list, with nothing left out:

• What you write: name, company, email, WhatsApp, the subject you are interested in, your message and, when given, the company tax ID.
• Where you came from: the page you were on, its full address, the site that brought you here and the campaign parameters in the link (the utm ones).
• Technical data from your connection: o IP address e o your browser identifier (the user agent, which states device, operating system and browser).

The IP and the user agent are not collected to profile anyone: they exist to block automated submissions from bots and to stop the same form being fired repeatedly within seconds. But they are personal data, which is why they are declared here.

The legal basis for this processing is the carrying out of preliminary steps at the request of the data subject: you filled it in because you want to be contacted, and the data is used for that.

What is collected without you filling in anything

The site uses two measurement tools, both loaded through a Google Tag Manager container:

• Google Analytics 4, to know how many people visit, which pages they go through and where they arrived from.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure whether the ads generate contacts and to build remarketing audiences.

Neither one runs until you accept. Until you answer the cookie bar, or if you answer no, the site default state is denied and these tools write no advertising cookie and do not identify you. This is done with Google own consent mechanism, and it applies from the very first page load.

The legal basis here is your consent, which is why it can be withdrawn whenever you want, in the way described below.

Who this data is shared with

ROO3 does not sell anyone data. What exists is the following, and nothing beyond it:

• Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), when you accept measurement.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you accept measurement.
• Tobia, ROO3 own CRM system, where the contacts received on this site are copied and followed up. It is the system the team works in; today every contact from the site is mirrored into it.
• SMS delivery provider, only when a message is sent to the number you gave, and only with the phone number needed for delivery.

Google and Meta are companies based outside Brazil, so accepting measurement means an international transfer of this technical data.

How long it is kept

A contact sent through the form is kept for as long as there is a commercial interest in picking the conversation back up, because that is what it was sent for. There is no automatic deletion period today, and we would rather say so than invent a number that would not be honoured. If you ask for deletion, it is done.

Measurement data at Google and Meta follows the retention periods of each of those companies, which ROO3 does not control.

Your rights, and how to use them

Brazilian data protection law gives you, among others, the right to ask for: confirmation that processing exists, access to the data, correction of anything wrong or incomplete, anonymization or deletion of anything unnecessary, portability, information on who we share with, and withdrawal of consent.

To exercise any of them, contact us on ROO3 WhatsApp or through the contact page. Answering this kind of request is free, and ROO3 may ask you to confirm your identity first, precisely so as not to hand your data to someone else.

Cookies, and how to change your choice

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. The ones this site uses fall into two groups:

• The necessary ones, which make the page work and remember your answer about cookies. These do not depend on consent, because without them the site does not work.
• The measurement and advertising ones, from Google and Meta, which exist only if you accept.

You can change your answer at any time: review your cookie preferences. The bar reappears and the new choice takes effect immediately. Your choice is stored in your own browser for six months, and never leaves it.

Declining blocks nothing on the site. Every page, article, audio track and the form keep working exactly the same.

Children and teenagers

This site is aimed at companies and professionals, and does not intentionally collect data from children or teenagers. If you know that someone in that situation has submitted data here, tell us through the channels above and it will be deleted.

Changes to this page

When the site starts collecting something different, this page changes with it and the update date at the top changes too. If the change alters the list of purposes, the cookie bar reappears so you can answer again.
